apple-history.com is a Web site devoted to the history of Apple Computer. I started the site
in 1996, when things were not looking so good for Apple. The site contains a detailed history of
the company and a gallery of every Apple computer ever made, with specs and images for each.
In the Fall of 2002, the site was completely overhauled. In addition to a redesigned interface,
the site was moved to a php/mysql backend, allowing for many new features, including cookie-based
site personalization.
The sites serves an average of 50000 pages and 5000 unique hosts a day, and has been visited several million times
since its launch.
